The ARL Forum “Gender and Spatial Transformation” developed a Code of Conduct

How can interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity promote cooperation and understanding in our collaborative working format at the intersection of science and practice? How can we maintain mutual respect, even when we disagree? How can we create solution-oriented spaces for exchange and reflection in the event of conflict?

We are pleased to announce that our ARL Forum 'Gender and Spatial Transformation' has jointly addressed these issues and developed a Code of Conduct for our cooperation and transdisciplinary knowledge production. This document reflects the values and principles that we have collectively defined for our collaboration, setting out our commitment to mindful, intersectionally informed cooperation and a respectful culture of discussion. It also takes a clear stance against any form of discrimination.

The Code of Conduct is a living document, open to continuous reflection and revision, which will serve as the foundation for creating a safer and braver space for exchange and cooperation within the Forum.
