"Ecological connectivity and spatial planning: From concepts to implementation" & general assembly of the AlpPlan network

We kindly invite you to an upcoming workshop on 27-28 November 2023 in Ljubljana (SI), which is jointly organized by the AlpPlan network and the Interreg Alpine Space project PlanToConnect. Please find the current version of the agenda attached here, which will get further specified.

The workshop is combined with the annual general assembly of the AlpPlan network. It is the first public event of the new format “AlpPlan/PlanToConnect Expert Platform on Green Infrastructure, Ecological Connectivity and Spatial Planning”.

Registration

Registration for the workshop is open until Friday, 10 November 2023 for on-site participation, and until Friday, 23 November 2023 for online participation. Please register by writing an e-mail to AlpPlan@arl-net.de and indicate in your e-mail, if you wish to participate on-site in Ljubljana or online. The online participation will be possible via Microsoft Teams.

Travel and accommodation

For appointed members of the AlpPlan network, travel and hotel costs will be covered by ARL. We provide a free contingent of hotel rooms at City Hotel Ljubljana on 26 - 29 November 2023. If you want us to reserve a hotel room, please inform us accordingly in your registration e-mail. Travel costs for the journey to/from Ljubljana can be reimbursed after the event in accordance with the Bundesreisekostengesetz (German Travel Expenses Act).
