Major change to the planning system in Poland

On 24 September 2023, a major change to the planning system in Poland, passed by Parliament on 7 July 2023, came into force.

At present, not all implementing regulations for this system have been issued. As soon as this happens, we will update our Country Profile of Poland accordingly.

Many elements of the 'old system' will remain in force until the end of 2025.
