Open Call for Innovative Working and Transfer Formats
From 29 August to 7 September 2025, the ARL is once again launching an open call for innovative working and transfer formats within its newly structured online application procedure.
Proposals may include
- new working groups
(open topic or in the context of the current missions #1 “Promoting sustainable, resilient and equitable water management” and #2 “Planning sustainable infrastructures”) - as well as other formats that emphasize the added value of inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration - for example podcasts or podcast series, science clips, interactive dialogue formats or participatory event formats.
The call is aimed at professionals from science and practice - ARL members, contributors from the ARL network as well as external experts - who work on spatial development and wish to jointly produce action-oriented knowledge for sustainable spatial development.
The ARL supports approved projects with expertise, networking opportunities, methodological and conceptual know-how, and organisational support. It also assists with the realisation and transfer of results.
The aim is to broaden perspectives and make socially relevant findings visible and usable.
